Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns are welcome within 5 days of your original receipt of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (AED 21) for returning your item. Refunds are issued as a store credit.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged/ not as described products

Returns are welcome within 5 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us and we will provide a full refund. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.

To arrange your return, please email support@styleofzen.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
