All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will arrive within 4-5 working days. We ship to all Emirates. We do not offer worldwide shipping at the moment. 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from Style of Zen. Please allow 4-5 days for most orders to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging and shipment. In most cases you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. If you ordered several items, you will likely to receive them in separate packages.

We guarantee the delivery of your parcels. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days of purchase, we will process a full refund or reship the item to you free of charge.

Returns are welcome within 5 days of your original receipt of your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which is AED 21.
